By using this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and you are deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions of use and you are bound by these terms and conditions each time you access this website.

Sales Disclaimer

Perrys makes every effort to ensure all prices and vehicle details on this website are correct. We also use external data providers to provide some vehicle data including specification. Please satisfy yourself that a vehicle has a specific feature that is important to you before purchasing our staff at dealerships will be happy to assist you. Perrys will not be held liable for any incorrect information provided by third party data providers. The mileage listed on vehicles may change as they are used for demonstration purposes.

In the event a vehicle is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, the dealership shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for vehicle listed at the incorrect price.

Finance is subject to status and terms and conditions apply. Perrys use an extensive panel of carefully selected lenders to assist with the funding of vehicles. There are also other lenders available. On all VAT qualifying commercial vehicles, the VAT is payable upfront with the deposit payment.

Price Match Promise

If You see a similar car at a VAT registered professional motor dealer (excluding any Perrys dealership) either before You come into one of our stores or within 48 hours after purchasing a vehicle from Perrys at a lower price We will match that price. This is subject to Our discretion and the following conditions;

(a) The alternative vehicle must be the same age (as determined by the year denoted on the vehicle registration number i.e “06” plate).

(b) The alternative vehicle must have the same Specification as the Perrys vehicle. Examples where the Specification differs may be considered at the discretion of Perrys if the difference in Specification of the alternative Vehicle and the Perrys vehicle does not have a material impact on its market value at the time of comparison.

(c) The mileage of the alternative vehicle must be the same or lower than the Perrys vehicle. Alternative vehicles with a mileage up to 1,000 miles higher than the Perrys vehicle will be considered to be the same mileage. The mileage must be warranted.

(d) You must have a written quote from a VAT registered professional motor dealer, trading as a limited company from permanent premises within a 45-mile radius of Our Place of Business that delivered the Goods. The quote must be dated within 48 hours either prior to or after Your purchase, or a Perrys representative must be able to view the vehicle 'live' on a dealer website and the alternative vehicle must be available for immediate purchase and physically in the location within 45 miles of Our Place of Business that delivered the Goods.

(e) The price match does not apply in cases where the comparative vehicle is being offered at a CAP clean price. A cap clean price is the industry benchmark for used car disposal values and is not a guide for retail pricing.

Free Basic Breakdown Cover

For non-members only. If you choose to upgrade to Roadside Assistance and/or add National Recovery, At Home or Onward Travel, these will be available at a discount on the normal price. The offer is available for the first 12 months of cover only. Offers are only available when a vehicle is purchased through AA Cars and are not available in a breakdown situation.

At the point of renewal, customers who pay monthly or via a one-off payment will be given the option to renew at the full price. If recurring annual cover is purchased, the customer will automatically renew at full price. Repeat call-outs for the same fault within 28 days will not be covered.

Already covered with AA - free upgrade offer: Existing Members who take up the free upgrade will be renewed automatically for the selected upgrade unless we are told otherwise or the customer is a single annual payer.

Breakdown cover is subject to terms and conditions (TheAA.com/policy). Offers can be withdrawn or varied at any time. You need to type theaa.com/policy into your web browser as this offer is not searchable on theaa.com

AA breakdown cover is arranged by Automobile Association Insurance Services Limited. Registered Office, Fanum House, Basing View, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21 4EA. 7 Days Money Back Guarantee

Definitions

In these terms & conditions, the following definitions apply, unless stated otherwise:

1.1 Customer is the vehicle purchaser as named on the Purchase form.

1.2 Day(s) stands for any day inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

1.3 Collection is the day when the Customer takes possession of the Vehicle.

1.4 Price is the price of the Vehicle as mentioned on the Vehicle invoice.

1.5 Refund Period is the period of seven Days starting on the Collection Day and ending at 5.00pm on the 7th Day.

1.6 Franchise Dealership is the Perrys Group Ltd dealership where the Customer purchased the Vehicle from.

2.Terms and Conditions

2.1 To be eligible for Perrys Group Ltd 7 Day Money Back Guarantee, the Vehicle in question must:

2.2.be returned to Perrys Group Ltd Franchise Dealership within the Refund Period.

2.3. not have travelled for a distance greater than 200 miles during the Refund Period. This will be verified by a Perrys Group Ltd associate at the point of Collection;

2.3.1 be returned to Perry Group Ltd Franchise Dealership with all documents (including the V5C), keys and vehicle records;

2.3.2 have been insured throughout the period the Customer was in possession of the Vehicle;

2.3.3 be in the same condition as it was at Collection

2.3.4 be free from any financial claim, except for any created through Perrys Group Ltd Franchise Dealership at the point of sale.

2.4 To be eligible for Perrys Group Ltd 7 Days Money Back Guarantee, our Customer needs to:

2.4.1 notify Perrys Group Ltd Franchise Dealership of their intentions via e-mail by providing their name, address, and Vehicle registration number

2.4.2 return the Vehicle at the Franchise Dealership during the appointment and time slot booked.

2.5 Once the Vehicle has been returned, it will be inspected, and its condition report will be agreed with the Customer. Perrys Group Ltd reserves the right to deduct from any refund any cost to cover damages caused whilst the Vehicle was in the Customer’s possession and which Perrys Group Ltd deems are required in order to restore the Vehicle to its saleable standards.

2.6 Perrys Group Ltd Franchise Dealership shall refund the Price minus any costs required to settle any financial claim or repair cost, to the Customer, within seven days of the Customer returning the Vehicle, its documents, and keys to the Perrys Group Ltd Franchise Dealership. The refund will be paid in Pound Sterling £ via BACS to the Customer’s original payment method. No refund shall be made until the V5C has been returned to Perrys Group Ltd Franchise Dealership.

2.7 If the Vehicle Price was paid by part exchanging a Vehicle, Perrys Group Ltd shall return the part exchanged vehicle as part of the refund, unless the latter has been prepared to be sold or Perrys Group Ltd Franchise Dealership has settled any finance agreement applicable to that part exchange vehicle. If those circumstances arise, Perrys Group Ltd shall reimburse the amount allowed for the part exchange vehicle as set out on the Vehicle invoice except for the amount of any finance settlement paid by Perrys Group Ltd.

2.8 It will remain the Customer responsibility to settle any outstanding finance and insurance product agreements. The Customer also remains at all material times liable to pay any penalty charge notices, fines or other levies issued against the vehicle during the period that the vehicle is in their possession.

2.9 Customers may only claim under Perrys Group Ltd 7 Day Money Back Guarantee once in every 12-month period.

2.10 Perrys Group Ltd 7 Day Money Back Guarantee only applies to Vehicles with a Price of less than £50,000.

2.11 Perrys Group Ltd 7 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to Vehicles offered for sale on behalf of a third party under a Return or Sale agreement.

2.12 These Terms and Conditions relate to a 7 day Money Back Guarantee being offered exclusively by the Perrys Group to its customers. Perrys Group Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer at any given time.

2.13 These Terms & Conditions do not apply to vehicles purchased at a distance which are subject to the Consumer Contract (Information Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCR).

2.14 Perrys Group Ltd shall not be liable for any claims, demands, damages, expenses, or costs incurred or made against it, whether directly or indirectly from the Perrys Group Ltd 7 Day Money Back Guarantee.

2.15 In the event of any conflict between Perrys Group Ltd 7 Day Money Back Guarantee and those on the Purchase, the Purchase terms and conditions shall prevail.

2.16 A person who is not the Customer shall not have any rights under or in connection with Perrys Group Ltd 7 Day Money Back Guarantee, and the provisions of the Contracts Act 1999 are expressly excluded.

2.17 Perrys Group Ltd 7 Day Money Back Guarantee is compliant with the laws of England and Wales. These terms and conditions (and any non contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England in relation to any disputes that may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.

Stellantis X250 (Boxer) LCV (Light Commercial Vehicle) additional £1,000 Black Friday Offer

1. Introduction and Entry Requirements

1. 1.1 The Promoter is Citroën UK Limited (in respect of Citroën Relay LVCs), Pinley House, 2 Sunbeam Way, Coventry, CV3 1ND. The Promoter is a member of the Stellantis N.V. group of companies.

1. 1.2 These rules apply to the Black Friday promotional offer, giving customers an additional £1,000 (excl VAT) discount for orders of current model X250 light commercial vehicles (Movano van in respect of Vauxhall Motors Limited, Relay van in respect of Citroën UK Limited, Ducato van in respect of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK Ltd, & Boxer van in respect to Peugeot Motor Company PLC) placed with a Stellantis retailer during the duration of the promotion
3. a) Promotion will take place through participating Stellantis LCV Retailers
b) Promotion is planned to take place during Monday 18^th November 2024 to Saturday 30^th November 2024 inclusive
1. 1.3 By agreement and attendance at a participating Stellantis LCV Retailer during the promotion, the named participants to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter may terminate any qualification to the additional discount if the named participant fails to comply with any of these terms and conditions or are unlikely to do so.

1. 1.4 To qualify, named participants must:

(a) Attend a participating Retailer in person during the Black Friday promotion period.

(b) Order a new current model X250 commercial vehicle (Vauxhall Movano van, Citroën Relay van, Fiat Professional Ducato van, Peugeot Boxer van) between 18^th November 2024 & 30^th November 2024 inclusive, registered by 31^st March 2025.

(d) Agree to the terms and conditions set out and meeting the eligibility criteria as set out in section 2 of the terms and conditions (see Section 2 -Eligibility and restrictions).

1. 1.5 Personal data and Marketing

(a)Entrants who opt-in to marketing communications from Vauxhall Motors Limited, Citroën UK Limited, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK Ltd, & Peugeot Motor Company PLC may receive future communications related to Stellantis products, promotions, and offers.

1. 1.6 Entrants are providing their information to Vauxhall Motors Limited, Citroën UK Limited, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK Ltd, & Peugeot Motor Company PLC, members of Stellantis N.V. group of companies and not to any other party, unless otherwise stated. The administration of the additional £1,000 discount is a requested service as specified in our Vauxhall Privacy Policy; Fiat Professional Privacy Policy; Peugeot Privacy Policy; Citroen Privacy Policy.

In order to administer the additional discount, the Promoter, and an associated agency on behalf of Vauxhall Motors Limited, Citroën UK Limited, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK Ltd, & Peugeot Motor Company PLC, will require certain essential information including name, address and contact details.

1.6 For more information about how we collect and use your personal data (and your rights over your data) please refer to our Vauxhall Privacy Policy; Fiat Professional Privacy Policy; Peugeot Privacy Policy; Citroen Privacy Policy.

2 Eligibility and restrictions

1. 2.1 To be eligible for the additional £1,000 (excl VAT) discount:

a) Named participants must be a real person, over the age of 18 years old, permanently reside in the UK; and

b) Attend a participating Retailer in person during the Black Friday promotion period

c) Order a new current model X250 commercial vehicle (Movano van in respect of Vauxhall Motors Limited, Relay van in respect of Citroën UK Limited, Ducato van in respect of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK Ltd, & Boxer van in respect to Peugeot Motor Company PLC) between 18^th November 2024 & 30^th November 2024 inclusive.
d) At the point of order, the X250 LCV must be confirmed as deliverable and registerable by 31^st March 2025. All qualifying vehicles must be registered by 31^st March 2025, where these are in a registerable position. Qualifying vehicle must be registered in the United Kingdom.
e) Entrants must not be an employee of Vauxhall Motors Limited, Citroën UK Limited, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK Ltd, Peugeot Motor Company PLC, or Stellantis N.V. group of companies, their immediate families, Stellantis N.V. group authorised retailers or agencies.

2.2 The named participants are responsible for providing accurate personal details; the Promoter will not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate details provided.

2.3 No fee is required to qualify for the additional discount.

3 Start and closing dates

3.1 The Black Friday promotion is due to take place at participating Stellantis LCV Retailers, from Monday 18^th November to Saturday 30^th November 2024 inclusive but may be rearranged or cancelled at any time.

3.2 All named participants must attend a participating Retailer in person and order a new X250 commercial vehicle during the Black Friday promotion period, as alternative provisions cannot be made.

3.3 No responsibility can be accepted for named participants being unable to attend during the Black Friday promotion dates for whatever reason.

3.4 We reserve the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions without notice but will seek to notify changes to named participants as early as possible.

3.5 Attendance at a participating Retailer in person during the Black Friday promotion period in person will be deemed as acceptance of all terms and conditions.

4 The additional £1,000 (excl VAT) Discount

4.1 Named participants in attendance at participating Retailer during the Black Friday promotion period will be offered, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria in these terms and conditions:

An additional £1,000 (excl. VAT) discount off the OTR (On The Road) price of a new current model X250 light commercial vehicle (Vauxhall Movano van/Citroën Relay van/Peugeot Boxer van/Fiat Professional Ducato van); and
Offer applies to qualifying new X250 commercial vehicles ordered between 18^th November 2024 & 30^th November 2024 inclusive; and
Offer applies to Outright Purchase, Business Contract Purchase, and Conditional Sale purchases only; and
Offer does not apply to Business Contract Hire or Business Finance Lease purchases; and
Offer is available to business users only that operate up to 50 vehicles in their business fleet, this will include (but not limited to) sole traders & Small Medium Enterprises ); and
Should a new X250 light commercial vehicle order not be placed on the day the customer attends the participating Retailer, then the named participant can receive the discount on an alternative date, but no later than 30^th November 2024 and will be subject to availability; and
The voucher is not redeemable against any other purchases other than current model X250 light commercial vehicles (Vauxhall Movano van/Citroën Relay van/Peugeot Boxer van/Fiat Professional Ducato van); and
No alternative venues can be offered nor extensions to the validity date of the discount.

4.2 Named participants in attendance during the Black Friday promotion period, at the participating Retailer will:

Be offered an additional £1,000 (excl. VAT) discount off the OTR (On The Road) price when placing an order for a new current model X250 light commercial vehicle (Vauxhall Movano van/Citroën Relay van/Peugeot Boxer van/Fiat Professional Ducato van); and
The additional discount can be applied to orders placed at any time during the event period, but not prior to 18^th November 2024 or after 30^th November 2024; and
Vehicles ordered between 18^th November 2024 & 30^th November 2024 must be subsequently registered by 31^st March 2025 in order to receive the additional discount; and
No alternative venues can be offered nor any extensions to the validity date of the discount.

4.3 Named participants will have the terms and conditions outlined to them to ensure they fully understand the eligibility criteria, as well as any potential costs associated with the purchase of a new X250 light commercial vehicle.

4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to require valid proof of identification (as determined in its sole discretion) from the named participant prior to honouring the additional discount terms.

4.4 No cash alternative to the additional discount will be offered. The additional discount is not exchangeable (cannot be swapped for anything of equal or lesser value).

The additional discount is non-transferable to any other party or individual or location other than the participating Retailer; and
The additional discount has no monetary value, and monies will not be refunded should the new vehicle order be subsequently cancelled.

5 Publicity

1. 5.1 We may undertake publicity activities relating to promotional events. The named participant therefore agrees to the use of their name and photograph in such publicity.

1. 5.2 All other personal details collected as part of the event will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

6 General Conditions

6.1 These terms and conditions, and any instructions from the Promoter, constitute the entire agreement between the Named Participant, the Vauxhall/Citroën/Peugeot/Fiat Professional Retailer and the Promoter relating to this Promotion and supersede any prior agreements between the Named Participant, the Vauxhall/Citroën/Peugeot/Fiat Professional Retailer, and the Promoter. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision and the other provisions of the terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.

6.2 The promoter's decision in respect of all matters relating to the offer shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into. Participants acknowledge and agree that the promoter's decisions, including but not limited to eligibility determinations, are conclusive and without appeal.

6.3 The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer, any event and these terms and conditions without notice at any time, but will seek to provide notice where possible.

6.4 Without prejudice to the foregoing, events organised by the Promoter may be cancelled due to (but not limited to) pandemic, epidemic or restrictions on public gatherings .

6.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs not specifically included in the offer such as but not limited to: overnight accommodation, transport costs, spending money, taxes or personal expenditure.

6.6 Named Participants agree to release the Promoter and its affiliates, partners and employees from any and all liability, claims, demands and causes of action for personal injury and or damage, theft or loss suffered in connection with the event or additional discount offer, except where due to the negligence of the Promoter or its affiliates, partners and employees.

6.7 The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

Privacy and Acceptable Use

Use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, which are both incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference.

Intellectual Property

All content included on the website, unless uploaded by users, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound clips, video clips, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software and all intellectual property rights therein belong to us, our affiliates or other relevant third parties.
